RAPID TRANSFORMATIONAL THERAPY (RTT)

Bringing permanent, powerful, pervasive change into your life

 Your questions answered…

1. What is Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)?

RTT is a hybrid therapy method that combines hypnotherapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), and psychotherapy to create fast and lasting changes in a person’s mindset and behaviour. It was developed by Marisa Peer to help individuals overcome deep-seated beliefs, emotional blocks, and behavioural patterns.

2. Where did RTT come from?

RTT was developed by the highly acclaimed Marisa Peer, a renowned British therapist with over 30 years of experience in psychology, hypnotherapy, and personal transformation. She combined the most effective elements of different therapy modalities to create a structured, results-driven method that can achieve breakthroughs in just a few sessions.

3. How does RTT work?

Using hypnosis, as a safe, quick and easy means, you will be able to gain access to, and directly communicate with, your subconscious mind. When in hypnosis, you are NOT asleep, in fact, you are awake and alert, and FULLY in control. It is a very natural state, similar to day dreaming or meditating, where you are in full awareness of yourself.

RTT works by accessing the subconscious mind through hypnosis, allowing individuals to uncover and reframe limiting beliefs formed in childhood or past experiences. The process typically involves:

  • Hypnosis: A relaxed state that helps access the subconscious mind.

  • Regression: Reviewing past events to understand their impact on current behaviors.

  • Reframing & Reprogramming: Changing negative beliefs into empowering ones using positive suggestions and language.

  • Personalized Audio Recording: Clients receive a customised audio track to reinforce new beliefs.

4. What issues can RTT help with?

RTT is used to address a variety of personal and psychological challenges, including:

  • Anxiety & stress

  • Low self-esteem & confidence issues

  • Weight loss & emotional eating

  • Phobias & fears

  • Addictions & habits

  • Relationship & self-worth issues

  • Chronic pain & health-related emotional blocks

  • Navigating grief loss & pain.

5. How is RTT different from traditional therapy?

Unlike traditional therapy, which may take months or years to see results, RTT is designed for rapid breakthroughs, often in just one to three sessions. It focuses on uncovering and rewiring the root cause of issues rather than managing symptoms over time.

6. Is RTT the same as regular hypnotherapy?

No, RTT is more structured and interactive than standard hypnotherapy. While both use hypnosis to access the subconscious, RTT includes regression, cognitive reframing, and transformational dialogue, making it a more dynamic and solution-focused approach.

7. What happens during an RTT session?

A typical RTT includes:

Induction: The client is guided into a deeply relaxed state (hypnosis).

Regression: The therapist helps uncover the root cause of the issue by reviewing key past events.

Reframing: Negative beliefs are reinterpreted and replaced with empowering thoughts.

Transformation: The client receives a customized audio recording to reinforce the positive changes daily.

8. Can RTT work in just one session?

Many clients experience major shifts in just one session, but some may need several sessions for more deeply ingrained issues.

9. Is RTT safe?

Yes, RTT is safe and non-invasive. It does not erase memories but rather helps individuals reinterpret past experiences in a way that supports healing and growth. NOTE: Hypnosis is NOT suitable for epileptics unless supported by a doctor’s note, or for people with psychosis.

10. Who can benefit from RTT?

RTT is beneficial for anyone looking to:

  • Overcome self-doubt and limiting beliefs

  • Break free from negative habits and fears

  • Improve confidence, relationships, and performance

  • Heal emotional wounds and reprogram their mindset

11. How long do the effects of RTT last?

The results of RTT can be long-lasting, especially when clients listen to their personalised transformation audio for at least 21–30 days to reinforce the new beliefs.
